“What makes you so special to know?” she retorted. “I would expect someone who really wants to listen in on such information to at least give a face, but since I’m feeling generous today… I’ll enlighten you.” Dark, thick lashes firmly closed as she easily remembered him. The way he smelled, the tone he always spoke in when speaking just to her and how gently he would caress her skin; even when she acted like she hated him.
“I love everything about him. That look he gives me that always makes my knees weak with the little twinkle between his glare. The way he grabs my hips. The way he kisses me. The way he speaks to me.” She paused for a moment and opened her eyes, running her tongue over the edge of her pearly whites.
“But most of all, I love the way he makes me vulnerable. I never knew what love was until I met him. I guess you could say it was love at first sight.” A laugh rumbled up from her chest and she smiled warmly as pesky fingertips ran helplessly through her raven tresses for comfort. “I knew from the very moment I saw him that one day he would be mine. I practically made it a mission, and gods… did I succeed. That’s what makes him so special. His capability of being mine.”
